Talent Show Tryout Form 2025

Please find attached the commitment contract, tryout time slot options, and the permission slip to participate.

Friday, February 14, 2025 This form, your permission slip, and music piece (if applicable) are due.
Friday, February 28, 2025 3:15 - 5pm Tryouts 
Monday, March 3, 2025 Contestants announced
Monday, March 31, 2025 3:15 - 5pm Dress rehearsal at Berkner High School Auditorium
Friday, April 4, 2025 6:00pm Performance at Berkner High School Auditorium

 




Props/Support: Does your act require the use of props?  Please list all items that will be used during your act.

Music Agreement: I understand that I am responsible for my own music.  All music needs to be submitted in advance via our google doc form above. (reset)

Attendance Commitment: I will be at all required events for the 2025 Talent Show.  I understand that I need to be there to be fair to all performers.  There is one rehearsal on Wednesday, April 2 from 3:15 - 4:30.  There is one performance on Friday, Apri (reset)




I give permission for (name typed in above blank) to audition for PWE's Talent Show on Friday, February 28 from 3:15 - 5:00pm at PWE.  If my student makes the list of final contestants, I also give permission for (name in the above blank) to be:

  • in the dress rehearsal on Wednesday, April 2 from 3:15 - 4:30pm
  • the performance on Friday, April 4 at 6:00pm at Berkner HS Auditorium

I give my consent to allow a recording of all contestants to be shown during the school day to fellow peers.
