Richardson ISD Volunteer Background Check

You must complete this application every year!

If you would like to volunteer at Prestonwood, please complete and submit the online application form required of all volunteers.  This includes chaperoning field trips, helping with class parties, etc.  Background checks are renewed annually.  You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of applying to let you know if you have been approved.

Volunteers in RISD make a difference daily. Each year, volunteers share their talents in many ways, from tutoring one child to assisting in decisions that affect all students. The Richardson school district involves parents, community members and business representatives in determining its direction at the district level, in individual schools and in the classroom.
